Lancing I Lost to Bluecoat Sports Horsham II in a close match.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 4 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. The away team proved the statisticians wrong though by clinching a great win.

On paper, the number 3 string should have been the closest, with only 63 ranking points separating the two players before the match. Home advantage prevailed though, with winning through.

It was the number 2 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 54 Points ! Victory finally going to the Away Player, .

Player of the tie was the Away No. 4 string, Grahame Johnston, gaining 100 Ranking Points from the match.

Player of the match must be the Away number 5 string, , who over-turned a 765 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
Home 5th string played as an unranked player and has been added retrospectively. He played in the bottom team of the club so there is no infringement.
